These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via www.jolienmees.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

3. Products & Prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT. We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and photos, but colors may slightly vary.

4. Ordering & Payment

An order is only final after payment. Payments are processed securely via our payment provider (e.g., Mollie, PayPal…). You will receive a confirmation email.

5. Delivery

Orders are normally picked up at the showroom (by appointment via online calendar). If the customer wishes to receive the package by mail, this is possible. Jolien Mees is not responsible for loss, damage, or theft during shipping. We ship within 3 business days after payment, provided that the product is in stock. During holidays, shipping may take longer. When a product is not in stock, shipping takes 4 to 8 weeks. Shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout.

6. Return Policy

As each piece is custom-made, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.

7. Complaints

Complaints can be reported via hello@jolienmees.com. We will handle each complaint within 7 business days.

8. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, and designs on the site are the property of Jolien Mees. Nothing may be copied or used without permission.

9. Liability

We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use of our products.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
