Schedule an appointment or order online

Book a non-binding appointment via the online calendar. Keep in mind: it’s best to schedule at least 2 months in advance if you have a deadline – for example, a wedding date, birth or other important moment. Already made up your mind? Then order your jewel in the webshop and skip steps 2 and 3.

Welcome to Londerzeel! During your appointment, we'll explore your wishes, style and budget. In the meantime you can discover and try on the existing collection. Prefer something fully custom-made? Then we'll design your piece together.

Approve your quote

After your appointment, you'll receive a detailed quote by email. Give the green light? Then Jolien gets to work at her bench to bring your jewel to life.

Receive your jewel

All done! 4 to 8 weeks after the quote is approved or the order is placed in the webshop, your unique piece will be ready and waiting for you. You'll receive a confirmation email. After that, you can schedule a pickup time or your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Time to shine!

Your jewel deserves to be seen – and so do you. Wear it every day, whether in front of the mirror, for a cocktail party or while cleaning the house. Enjoy!
